Vetronaviglio is a well-established, recognised Italian company in the cosmetic container sector. For over 30 years it has designed and industrially manufactured primary packaging in plastic, glass, wood and eco-sustainable materials for cosmetics, fragrance and pharma applications.

1991 | Cristina Solito de Solis founds Vetronaviglio S.r.l. The company’s core business is glass packaging. |
2002 | The first blow moulding and injection moulding plant is built at the Veneto site. |
2003 | A decoration department is set up for screen printing, pad printing and hot stamping. |
2012 | Vetronaviglio is awarded UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification. |
2016 | The production site moves to Bareggio, near Milan, bringing offices and production together in a single plant. |
2018 | Vetronaviglio is awarded UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality certification. |
2022 | Vetronaviglio obtains GMP UNI EN ISO 22716:2008 certification. |
One single
plant
Customisation or semi-customisation at accessible costs, so that anyone can brand their own product.
The plant on the edge of Milan is the company’s creative hub: a single design and production centre that keeps the complete production cycle under control. From the first stages of the design project to the finished product, everything is monitored, so that quality is checked constantly at every stage of production.
The production site, a few kilometres from Milan, is equipped with state-of-the-art plant for industrial processing. Raw materials are treated and transformed in house, following parameters and procedures set by international standards.

A guarantee of continuous supply
Everything, supplier management included, has been developed to ensure a back-up solution.
Among other things, this means moulds are interchangeable across different machines, so that the breakdown of a single machine does not compromise the outcome or the timing of production. We have developed a method based on back-up systems and suppliers, able to guarantee business continuity in any circumstances.
