Vetronaviglio offers tailored consultancy to its clients for highly distinctive products. Our design office is available to clients who want to rely on our experience and expertise to develop their brand graphics.

Vetronaviglio offers creative and design support, working alongside its partner clients through every stage of the process, creative and industrial alike, with one aim: to set each product apart, bring out the character of the brand and make it iconically unique in the eyes of the end consumer.

Our latest innovation, and one we are particularly proud of, is a rapid sampling department, which gives the client a sample fully representative of the final result in a short time.

The process

Four stages,
one partner

Brief

It all starts from the brief. The design office develops the graphic project through several stages, submitting a number of proposals to the client.

Design

With state-of-the-art 3D graphics software, the piece is engineered and industrialised: bottles, tube bottles, jars and droppers in the shapes and capacities required.

Production

Injection moulding, extrusion blow moulding, assembly. Before the batch starts, the rapid sampling department delivers a sample representative of the final result.

Decoration

UV screen printing, pad printing and hot stamping in the same plant, with graphic support to check the artwork before printing.

Design

Graphics and design
for unique products

The graphic project developed specifically for the client is refined through several stages: starting from the brief, a number of graphic proposals are submitted to the client, up to final approval of the artwork.

Thanks to our know-how and state-of-the-art 3D graphics software, we develop projects for the engineering and industrialisation of primary packaging for cosmetics and fragrance: bottles, tube bottles, jars and droppers in shapes and capacities that match the client’s needs.

Production

Small batches
and large runs

Our investment in production technology makes it possible to deliver both very low minimum batches and very large runs, with short lead times and guaranteed delivery.

We have invested to bring a product engineering and design department into the company, to achieve maximum efficiency across the whole process. Our direct expertise on the product has no intermediaries: every single order is managed in house, and the project is analysed from every angle — economic, technical, sustainability, risk — right through to the end of the product’s life.

Long-standing suppliers

Some of our suppliers have been with us for over 30 years. Our relationship with them is direct, and a constant exchange of experience. In a system where suppliers are too often squeezed on price and forced to close, we support ours with fair prices so they can grow with us.

Decoration

Logos and graphics
on packaging

Vetronaviglio has its own in-house decoration department, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for the main printing techniques on glass and plastic packaging.

The entire range of glass and plastic bottles and jars can be customised with the client’s logo and graphics. We can provide graphic support to check the artwork before printing, to guarantee the highest quality of service.
